Return and Refund Policy for Dragonfly DreamZ Wine Glasses LLC

Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in our hand-painted products and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
**Eligibility for Returns:**
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must return the item within 30 days of the purchase date.
**Non-Returnable Items:**
- Any wine glass NOT HAND WASHED for every cleaning
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
**Return Process:**
1. **Initiate a Return:** To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 813-245-5039. Provide your order number and reason for return.
2. **Return Authorization:** Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
3. **Ship the Item:** Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
2. Refunds
**Refund Process:**
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
